Information we use

When you request a demo, we collect your business name, industry, email, optional website and optional phone or WhatsApp number. We use these details to prepare and discuss your request. A demo request does not create a subscription.

For accounts and subscriptions, we process sign-in information, account and billing identifiers, your selected plan, subscription status and invoice records. These support account access, billing, customer support and service delivery. Our providers also process technical request information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payment details on its hosted payment pages. Our billing database stores billing identifiers and invoice information, not your full card number or card security code.

We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for authentication, databases and backend functions, Stripe for billing, and Resend for demo-request notification emails. Demo notifications include the information you submitted and are sent to our business inbox. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Browser storage

Our account system uses browser storage to keep you signed in and refresh your session. You can log out or clear browser storage to remove the saved session from that browser.

Retention and website exports

After your paid service ends, we retain your customer website content for seven days so you can request an export. Contact us during your subscription or within that seven-day period. We then remove the retained website content from the active service. Deletion from provider backups follows their backup lifecycle.

The seven-day website-content period is separate from billing, security and correspondence records. We retain those records as needed to manage your request, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific record.

Your requests

You can contact lucyliu001q@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. The rights and exceptions available depend on applicable law.

Customer websites and AI assistants

This notice covers SiteChirp's own marketing and account service. The privacy notice and data-handling responsibilities for a customer's website or AI assistant are agreed before that service collects visitor information. The public interactive AI demo uses preset responses.
